At Sent With Love, we take great care in preparing and delivering every gift, flower arrangement, hamper, cake, and special item with love and attention. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.
Returns
Returns are possible within 3 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must not be used, damaged, opened, or altered.
- The original proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
- Cakes and food items
- Customized or personalized gifts
- Perishable items
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Products delivered correctly as per the confirmed order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund, where applicable
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.
Delivery charges, service charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made before the order is prepared or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared, personalized, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
For same-day delivery orders, cancellations may not be accepted once processing has started.
Delivery-Related Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, delivery address, and contact numbers. Sent With Love will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
If re-delivery is required due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
