Sent With Love is an online gifting store offering flowers, cakes, hampers, perfumes, scented candles, gift boxes, and other gifting products for delivery within selected areas in Sri Lanka.

For flowers, cakes, hampers, and customized gifts, the final arrangement may not be exactly identical to the images shown, but we will do our best to maintain the same quality, value, and overall presentation.
4. Orders and Confirmation
Once you place an order through our website, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method. Order confirmation does not always guarantee availability until the order has been reviewed and accepted by Sent With Love.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or request changes to an order if there is an issue with product availability, delivery location, payment, pricing, or order information.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on product type, customization, delivery area, seasonal demand, and supplier pricing.
Orders must be paid using the payment methods available on our website or agreed directly with Sent With Love. Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery Policy
We offer delivery within selected areas in Sri Lanka. Delivery availability, charges, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product type, order time, weather conditions, traffic, and other operational factors.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
- Recipient contact details must be correct and reachable.
- Delivery times are estimated and may not always be guaranteed.
- Same-day delivery may depend on product availability and order cut-off times.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Sent With Love will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, unavailable recipients, restricted access locations, weather issues, traffic delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Substitutions
Some items, flowers, packaging materials, cake designs, hamper products, or gift items may become unavailable due to seasonal or supplier-related reasons. In such cases, we may substitute unavailable items with similar items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and purpose of the gift.
Where major changes are required, we will try to contact the customer before proceeding.
9. Custom Orders and Gift Messages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that custom names, messages, delivery notes, and recipient details are accurate before submitting the order. Sent With Love is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse messages or requests that are offensive, unlawful, harmful, inappropriate, or against our brand values.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been prepared, customized, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
For perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and food-based hampers, cancellations may be limited due to the nature of the product.
11. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only where there is a valid issue with the product or service, such as a confirmed mistake, damaged item, or non-delivery caused by Sent With Love.
Refunds or replacements may not be provided for issues caused by incorrect customer information, recipient unavailability, change of mind, minor product variations, or delays beyond our control.
12. Perishable Products
Flowers, cakes, food items, and certain hamper products are perishable. Their freshness, appearance, and condition may be affected by handling, temperature, storage, weather, and time. Customers and recipients are advised to follow any care or storage instructions provided.
13. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, seasonal campaigns, and special prices may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, product restrictions, and availability. Sent With Love reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and branding, belongs to Sent With Love or its respective content owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
